A defining thread throughout Robertson’s career has been helping unlock responsible housing growth in fast-growing Ontario communities through infrastructure planning and collaborative municipal engagement. She has helped deliver thousands of housing units across Simcoe County, with more advancing through planning and approvals across her broader portfolio.
Appointed Partner in 2024, Robertson’s influence extends into leadership on Crozier’s Board of Directors. As a leader in the development community, Robertson served on the Collingwood Mayor’s Taskforce for the Regional Water Treatment Plant Expansion and co-hosts the Developers Roundtable with Town of New Tecumseth CAO Neil Garbe, helping build collaboration between municipalities and the development industry. She also sits on the Town’s Technical Advisory Committee on Housing, the Georgian Triangle Development Institute (President, 2022–2024), and McMaster University’s Engineering and Management Program Industry Advisory Committee.
